Water steam spray batch retort sterilization process principle:

1. high pressure circulation water inject into the autoclave chamber to make small water drop
2. small water drop absorb heat from injection steam immediately
3. millions of small hot water drop surround the product and heating it.
4. at the duration of water drop "swimming" in the space of batch-retort chamber, its doing "heating product and absorb heat" again and again
5. water drop fall down into the retort tray at the bottom of batch-retort chamber, its become circulation water again

1. steam autoclave sterilizer / steam retort for dry sterilization process, material with carbon steel and stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316, process temperature from 105 ~ 150 ℃
2. Full water immersion retort for water immersion sterilizing process with static or rotary or agitated  retort sterilizer,  working temperature from 105 ~ 130 ℃
